Learning to live life hand in hand with your soul is a transformative and deeply personal journey. There are many ways to walk that path, but in my work, I approach this journey through three interconnected stages:
Consciousness – Understanding who you are at soul level and becoming aware of the patterns and choices that have been shaping your life.
Clearing – Releasing the blocks and patterns that no longer support you, opening the way for new possibilities.
Creation – Bringing your soul’s truth into everyday life through conscious choices, aligned action, and lived experience.
These stages are the foundation of my work, but there is no single path you have to follow.

Akashic Record Readings
Akashic Record Readings are the foundation of my work. By accessing your Akashic Records, we can explore your unique soul blueprint and what is currently blocking you from creating the life you want. This work is about translating higher guidance into information that you can actually use to improve your life.
My readings are based on the Soul Realignment® modality, which brings together soul-level understanding, clearing karmic patterns, and conscious creation.
Energy Healing
Embodied Soul Healing is my personal energy healing method. I combine muscle testing, intuitive energy reading, and channeled light language to locate and transmute energetic imbalances that can affect you on physical, emotional and mental levels.
This work helps you explore the root causes behind what you’re experiencing and supports you in healing them, creating space for greater balance and wellbeing.
Light Language
In my work, I often channel light language, primarily from my soul origin, Spica. Light language is frequency in the form of sound, movement or art that bypasses the logical mind and speaks directly to your soul.
These energetic codes awaken, activate, and heal on levels that words simply can’t reach.

A Little About Me
I’m Johanna, the founder of Soul in Hand.
If someone had told me just a few years ago that I would one day be working with the Akashic Records, channeling light language, and helping others reconnect with their souls, I probably wouldn’t have believed them.
I’ve always been a very analytical person, relying on logic and reason to make sense of the world. But at the same time, I’ve always felt that there is a layer to our existence that conventional research hasn’t yet managed to explain.
My journey began with a search for physical healing, but it opened the door to something much deeper. Through energy work, opening up to my ability to channel, and exploring my Akashic Record through Soul Realignment®, I began to understand myself in ways I never had before.
What I’ve learned along the way is that understanding who we truly are is only part of the journey. The real transformation happens when we begin to trust that understanding and make different choices in how we live our lives.
I’m still walking that path myself. And through Soul in Hand, I get to share what I’ve discovered and support others as they find their own way back to themselves.
