Akashic Record Readings are the foundation of my work. I access your Akashic Records and share clear, practical and actionable guidance based on your soul blueprint. This is the method behind the Soul Essence Reading and the Soul Alignment Clearing Session, where we explore who you are at soul level, what alignment looks like for you, and what may be blocking you from living that truth.
My readings are grounded in the Soul Realignment® modality, which focuses on soul blueprint clarity, clearing karmic patterns, and real life change through conscious choices.
Energy Healing
Embodied Soul Healing is my signature energy healing method. It combines muscle testing, intuitive energy reading, and channeled light language to locate and release energetic imbalances that can affect you on emotional, physical, ancestral, and soul levels.
This work supports you when you feel stuck, heavy, dysregulated, or “off” in your body, and you want clearing that goes beyond insight. It can be booked as a stand-alone session, or as support alongside your Soul in Hand journey.
Light Language
In my work, I often channel light language, primarily from my soul origin, Spica. Light language is frequency in the form of sound that bypasses the logical mind and speaks directly to your soul.

I’m Johanna, the founder of Soul in Hand.
My own journey into soul work began with a search for clarity and physical healing, but what it ultimately taught me was something deeper. Real change happens when we understand ourselves at soul level and take responsibility for how we live from that understanding.
Through my work with Akashic Records, Soul Realignment®, and energy healing, I support people who are ready to stop second guessing themselves and start making choices that reflect who they truly are.
